The Harley Davidson electric scooter is an off shoot from the Livewire electric motorcycles that were released a while back. It looks like a stripped down electric scooter. Basically the 2020 electrified version of the 70's classic Honda trail 70. This lightweight EV from Harley Davidson features no clutch and no shifting for easy riding. This is still a concept bike, but judging by the populatity of these types of bikes from Super73 and many other brands I would not be surprised to see these on sale in the near future at your local Harley dealership.
