While camping last weekend I took off for a quick hike to the store for….why lie, we had run out of PBR.  As I had on my standard beach flip-flops the trek became an adventure to say the least. Determined to make my next beer run much easier, we went looking for a true all around sandal….and we found the Teva Itunda.

What is it

Teva says their Itunda is “Great on the trail, but made for the water”.  That sounds right up our ally as we live on both it seems like. The Itunda features an injection molded EVA topsole/upper combination for seamless comfort. Throw in the updated “Drain Frame technology” and it should make sure we never get waterlogged.

Why

We plan on testing this guy in all types of conditions, since we live in flip-flops (hey this is California) we plan on giving these the preverbal “run it through the dryer and see how it smells.”  We are excited to see how the quick drying, breathable synthetic and NuFoam® upper keep it comfortable while the TPU toe protection and injection molded TPU shank help protect our feet.

Golf?

Sure, why not. Like we said we plan on doing everything in these including golf, hiking, kayaking, running to BevMo for PBR..etc. Check back and see if these hold up or if are we just running in circles.
