I thought I would share a hometown San Diego specialty with you since. It is called California Hot Sauce and it is made by the Just Chili company in San Diego. This is hands down the PERFECT hot sauce for fish tacos and it is also good for Mexican, Italian and Asian recipes. I even like to mix this stuff with ketchup and dip fries and onion rings in it. The JustChili.biz website is REALLY bad and you cannot even order online. I could not even find a decent photo of this hot sauce online. You have to call to order, but it is worth it!  I have called and ordered it by the case and it doesn’t last long when your friends get a hold of it.  On a side note… if anyone from the Just Chili company reads this, please contact me immediately so I can hook you up with online ordering.. Seriously..
