I’m a big fan of darts, but I have small children and a tendency to cheat. This is why I prefer electronic dartboards. The soft-tip darts will not hurt my kids too much when they find them.. and they will find them eventually… and it is harder for me to cheat since it keeps the score for me.

Arachnid electronic dartboards have a unique heckler feature that I really like. This heckler voice will bag on you if you are playing sloppy and it will praise you when you make a good shot. The Heckler says things like Boyah, Cha-Ching and Nice Shot when you are playing well and Loser, Open Your Eyes and Stop Wasting My Time when suck… Oh… and if you get tired of this feature, you can always turn it off. It might get annoying after playing a while.

You can play 27 different games with up to 8 players and it will keep the score for you on the LED display. I know electronic darts are frowned upon by the “real” dart players, but since I am not a dart snob this is perfect for my patio.
